The steps for adjusting the pc 200 - 7 sn 20001and- up valve are as follows.
- The first steps is to open up the engine hood, and then remove the fan guard on the counterweight side.
- Remove all cylinder head cover ( 1 ).

- Take off cap ( 2 ) and lift gear ( C1 ).

- Turn the crankshaft clockwise with gear C1, the match 1.6 TOP noch " a " of the crank pulley with pointer ( 3 ), and bring up no.1 cylinder to top dead center. When no. 1 cylinder is at the top dead center, its rocker arm can be manually moved as much as the valve clearance. If it cannot be moved , that means that no. 1 cylinder is not yet a the top dead center. the play it with one moere around.

- When no.1 cylinder is at the top dead center, adjust valve clearance indicated with a black bullet mark in the chart bellow in the following manner. The pitcure below is chart of valve.

- Insert feller gauge C2 in between rocker arm ( 4 ) and valve stem ( 5 ), and adjust the valve clearance with adjusting screw ( 6 ). For the adjustmen , turn the adjusting screw with feller gauge C2 inserted to the extent that filter gauge C2 can be lightly moved.
- Fix adjusting screw ( 6 ) and the tightening lock nut ( 7 ). Lock nut tigtening 20-28 Nm ( 2,01-2,86 kgm ). Proses to the next step once all the adjustment of valve clearance indicated with a black bullet mark have been completed.

intake valve : 0,25 mm
exhaust valve : 0,51 mm

- Turn the crankshaft clockwise with gear C1 the match 1.6 TOP norch " a " of the crank pulley with pointer ( 3 ) and bring up no. 6 cylinder to the top dead center.
- When no.6 cylinder is at the top dead center adjust valve clearance indicated with a white bullet mark in the chart. The Adjustment prosedure are the same as introduced in item 5 above.
- The next steps, after the adjustment make sure that the machine is back to normal condition.
- Install cylinder head cover with tigtening torque bolt ( 21-28 ) Nm.
